Modern GovTech Platform Built From Concept
GovTech Innovation · 311 Alternative · Resident Experience First · Municipal SaaS
Overview
I helped shape and build a modern GovTech platform designed to improve how cities connect with residents, manage service requests, communicate updates, and streamline internal workflows.
Many municipalities still rely on outdated or fragmented 311 systems and legacy civic software that create poor resident experiences, slow response times, and operational inefficiencies.
The goal was to create one unified web and mobile civic technology platform built for modern cities.
The Challenge
- Legacy city systems disconnected across departments
- Poor resident experience for reporting issues
- Limited visibility into request status and response timelines
- Staff burdened by multiple systems and manual processes
- Need for scalable GovTech software cities could realistically adopt
- Balancing public-sector practicality with modern UX expectations

Why It Matters
