Overview
I was engaged to rapidly build a working AI Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for a client needing a live product demo for a prospective customer the following week.
The goal was to showcase how an AI-first recruiting platform could improve government hiring, candidate discovery, job matching, and recruiter efficiency across multiple organizations.
By Monday afternoon, I had delivered a fully functional GovTech ATS platform ready for demonstration.
